The Elmer Tradition

2009 Fee Schedule

Membership at the Elmer Pool can be as a bond holding member or
as a seasonal member. The price structure is as follows:

	Annual Fee + Maint. Fee + Tax
Bond** Holding Member :	$300 + 75 + 21 tax = $396
Seasonal Member:	$400 + 75 + 28 tax = $503
Senior* Bond** Holdg Mmbr	$150 + 37.50 + 10.50 tax = $198
Senior* Seasonal	$200 + 37.50 +14 tax = $251.50
Single* Seasonal	$200 + 75 + 14 tax = $289

* To qualify for the Senior Discount, All household members must be over age 60

* The Single Discount applies only to an individual. (Multiple household members should apply for the Seasonal or Bond Membership.)

The $50 Maintenance Fee can be returned by an individual working 4 hours at the pool during scheduled pre-season work days.

Difference between Annual Costs with a bond and without is $100.  The cost of a bond can be recovered in 3 years.

Bonds available for 2007 are $300 + 21tax = $321

Remember, in order to use the facility, your dues (including the maintenance fee) MUST be paid first. Payment plans are available prior to pool opening. For more information call either the pool office at 856-358-6861 or contact linda@elmerswimclub.com
